A space where we openly discuss the challenges we face every day. From physical to mental health, we explore the struggles and triumphs that make up the modern person's experience — inspiring positive change, one conversation at a time.
Got a story worth sharing? We're always looking for honest voices who can help others through their own experiences. Whether it's mental health, addiction, physical wellbeing, or just life — we want to hear from you.
We'll reach out if we think there's a great fit. No pressure, no commitments.
There was a time when VYVE founder Lewis Vines believed the only way out was to end it all. Addiction had taken hold, and standing on a platform watching trains pass felt like the closest thing to a plan. What changed everything was the hardest thing he ever did — having honest conversations. First with himself, then with the people who mattered most. Those conversations saved his life.
Lewis wanted to help others learn the same lessons he was learning — not by preaching, but by sitting down with incredible guests who had lived through it too. The Everyman Podcast was the first seed of that idea. Every episode became proof that talking openly about the things we usually hide — addiction, mental health, grief, identity — can genuinely change lives. That seed has now grown into VYVE: a proactive wellbeing platform with a much wider ambition — to build health before it breaks.
